Brand Development
Website
Previous Designs & Development
For the website, while I started with a prototype of a heavily boxed website, I felt that it created a constricting sense. As a result, I reduced it into more of a fluid, minimalistic design, to reinforce the sense of calmness.
Product Prototyping
The starter kit, which I named “Roots,” includes soil, a pot, seeds, an instruction manual, and a “plant card,” which is inspired by collectible cards. This is the first time that I am exploring Adobe Dimension in creating 3D product mockups. I still have a long way to go!
Creating The Collectible Card
The collectible card is inspired by botanical drawings. Thus, I incorporated, a traditional medium, graphite drawing, to create this card, while the front of the card is digital.

Packaging
For the packaging, I was deciding between standard cardboard or a matte green packaging. I opted for the latter as it felt more cohesive with the rest of the brand. Packaging for the soil uses the same color from the palette, and I designed it in Photoshop with a brush that resembled soil.
